About me:
I am currently providing individual consultations to adults experiencing emotional difficulties, crisis and bereavement.
About the specialist:
I am a clinical psychologist Beata. I see myself as a companion on the client’s journey through various difficulties, crises and explorations of their inner world. In my work, I take the view that each person is unique, his or her inner suffering is individual, and therefore his or her path to change is different. It is not easy to get in touch with painful experiences, and often one of the most important factors when working with a person is the receptive, authentic and supportive relationship between the psychologist and the client. During the counselling sessions I try to give the client a safe space to explore their own experiences, to find a solution to their current difficulties and to seek inner growth.
I find peace and strength in observing the transformations of nature, painting and travelling.
