My greatest joy, wherever I live, is to see how I help people change, how they become calmer, more confident, braver, more insightful, happier, more successful. It is very difficult to change on your own, because we cannot solve a problem with the same mindset we created it with. Moreover, we often don’t know what to do, how to change, whether it’s problems of anxiety, relationships, chronic stress, inner dissatisfaction, depression, perfectionism, self-esteem, self-fulfilment, emotional eating or other addictions. And if we do figure out how to change, we usually don’t have the time or energy to do so. Since I was a teenager, I have been interested in the psychology of human behaviour, emotions and mindset. After graduating in psychology, I have continued to study and look for ways to help people heal their childhood wounds as quickly and effectively as possible, but also to unlock their unique potential, their talents, and to open up the possibility of living the life of their dreams. Therefore, I studied Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Art Therapy, Subpersonality Theory, Mindfulness, Life Coaching with the world’s most famous coach Tony Robbins, and Hypnotherapy with the most famous Hypnotherapist Marissa Peer.
Topics I work on:
- Relationship difficulties with your partner, children, parents, colleagues, manager,
- Difficulties in decision-making, nagging doubts,
- Learning to say “no” and set healthy boundaries,
- Anxiety and various fears,
- Constant stress and professional burnout,
- Career management, leadership and fulfilment,
- Adolescent and child psychology and parenting,
- Eating disorders such as emotional eating,
- Self-confidence and self-esteem,
- Torturous perfectionism,
- Constant guilt,
- Depression, gloomy, hopeless thoughts, loss of energy and motivation,
- Crises and losses, including prenatal.
