About me:
I am a health psychologist, and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Health Psychology from Vytautas Magnus University. 2020 I started my post-graduate studies in Gestalt psychotherapy at the Vilnius Gestalt Institute and I am continuing them now.
I counsel people experiencing anxiety, depression, tension, depressed mood, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem or traumatic experiences. I am interested in and deeply involved in work on building psychological resilience. During the year, I help clients to explore and look at their abilities, strengths, inner resources and how they can be used in different challenging situations, in the face of setbacks or in recovery from them.
In psychotherapy, I take a phenomenological and humanistic approach. This approach emphasises the uniqueness and authenticity of the human experience and the ability to create one’s own life.
I use experiential practices, art therapy techniques and experiments to help clients find a relationship with themselves, their feelings and their thoughts.
My aim is to support clients on their journey of inner growth and self-discovery by providing a safe space where they can be themselves.
