The relationship between me and the client is very important to me. I try to create an environment where clients can feel free to be themselves and decide what kind of session they want. I aim to create a trusting relationship where both the client and I can be honest and open about what we think and feel.
Our well-being is determined by many factors, including our thoughts, emotions and behaviour. That’s why I base my work on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and use its tools. They help you to know yourself better, and from knowledge you can move towards change. I also apply the principles of mindfulness and acceptance in my practice. Mindfulness teaches you to calm down, to turn your attention from the outside to the inside, and acceptance techniques help you to love yourself fully, to stop fighting yourself.
I believe that each of us has the inner capacity to live a full, interesting, courageous life. My goal is to show that to my customers.
