About me:
I am a psychologist and I rely on psychodynamic psychotherapy techniques in my work. This profession encourages me to know myself and others better. My profession and personal experience have reinforced the belief that we all have a need to be understood, accepted, loved, to achieve our goals, to find meaning in the world and to find our place in it. I find that most often the failure to meet these needs is linked to inner suffering or conflict. In order to start psychotherapy, it is worth asking yourself what you would like to change. If someone else wants to change (wife, parents, supervisor, children), then it is not time. When is it time to seek help? You don’t need to have an “objectively” severe distress, it’s enough that you want to feel better or are simply not happy with your current situation. I invite you for a chat.
